Europa Village Wineries & Resort is owned by Dan Stephenson and was established in 2006. Our talented winemaker, George Bursick, ensures that each bottle of wine is crafted with passion and expertise. Our sales & business manager, John Goldsmith, is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Currently, we produce 25,000 cases of wine annually.
Food Services
Our on-site restaurant, Bolero Restaurante, offers a delightful dining experience. Start your day with a delicious breakfast, available Monday to Friday from 8 am to 11 am and Saturday & Sunday from 8 am to 10 am. Indulge in a brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 2 pm. And for lunch or dinner, join us Monday to Friday from 11 am to 9 pm and Saturday & Sunday from 2 pm to 9 pm. Whether you’re craving Spanish delicacies or international cuisine, Bolero Restaurante has something to satisfy your taste buds.
Limo/Bus Policy
If you’re planning to visit Europa Village Wineries & Resort with a large group, arriving by bus or limousine, we kindly request that you let us know in advance. We want to ensure that your group has the best possible experience with us, so we are happy to greet your group upon arrival. To make a reservation for your group, please fill out our Limousine & Bus Reservation Request form. This allows us to prepare for your specific group and guarantee a visit that aligns with the core values of Europa. Once we receive your request, a member of our staff will contact you within 24 hours to provide a written confirmation.
Hours
Our Bolero Tasting Room is open daily from 11 am to 6 pm, giving you ample time to sample our exquisite wines. If you prefer to visit our C’est la Vie Tasting Room, it is open daily from 10 am to 5 pm. No matter which tasting room you choose, you’re in for a treat as you explore the flavors of Europe right here in Temecula Wine Country.
